Jeff Naumann founded the firm in 1989, after more than nine years as the corporate environmental manager of a major corporation, having more than fifteen facilities world-wide.  Prior to that time, Jeff spent more than eleven years in municipal government.  We have both national and international experience. We have now been consulting for more than fifteen years.
