* Jeff has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
from California State University at Long Beach. Jeff also has a masters degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from
Cal State Long Beach.

* Special certifications: I am a Certified Permitting
Profession (CPP) with the South Coast Air Quality Management District. Am a grade IV waste water treatment plant operator
